User Reviews of the Algreen Rain Barrel

People who bought Algreen Rain Barrels are more than satisfied! Mostly gave 4 and 5 stars, and only a few gave 1 to 3 stars.

The users are more than happy with how the product looks, “classy” like a terra cotta planter, and easy to assemble.  The rain barrel also comes with an optional planter on the top to add a little gardening to it.  They have also mentioned that the screen guard, which fits perfectly under the removable top can prevents insects, mosquitoes, or anything else from laying eggs.

Like any other product, of course, some features needed to be improved. Users that gave less than four stars mentioned that the barrel is too deep and that you have to drill a hole for drainage. Also, according to some reviews the hose that comes with the barrel “crimps”.  Some leaks have been mentioned between the white plastic fittings and the molded plastic of the barrel.  Some say that the accessories were missing when delivered to them. Others say that they had difficulty setting it up.  These complaints only seem to be far and few between as most buyers haven’t had much trouble at all.

Nothing is perfect, but customers are happy harvesting rainwater with their Algreen Rain Barrel sitting in their garden.
